You may recognize Nathan Holgate as a familiar face in the neighborhood. He’s been with Palette for two years now and is excited to continue his part in this great neighborhood. Nathan has worked in restaurants from California to the Vegas Strip and travelled six continents with Holland America Cruise Lines. He’s been able to taste cuisines and experience cultures throughout the world and is still thrilled to call Chicago home. He’d love to make this neighborhood gem the place for a your weekday night dinner or even a special event. Cheers! |

Chef Jeffrey Sikorski is a transplant from St. Louis, MO and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis. Since moving to Chicago three years ago, Chef Jeff has trained under some amazing chefs. He was part of the opening team at Sixteen at Trump International and Tower Chicago as well as the Elysian in Gold Coast where he was part in being awarded Two Michelin Stars with that amazing team. He is thrilled to be taking on the role as Executive Chef at Palette Bistro where he can use his creativity and innovation to bring delicious food to the Lakeview neighborhood. |
